Welcome to AdoraLK. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using AdoraLK, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

AdoraLK is an online marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers across Sri Lanka. We provide the platform and services to facilitate these connections, but we are not directly involved in the transactions between users.

To post ads on AdoraLK, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or sold to others.

When posting ads on AdoraLK, you agree that:

• All information in your ad is accurate and truthful
• You have the right to sell or offer the items/services listed
• Your ad complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
• You grant AdoraLK a license to display your ad and associated content

We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates our policies, contains prohibited content, or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to manipulate prices or engage in bid rigging
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

AdoraLK charges fees for posting ads based on the selected package:

• Basic Package: LKR 3,000 - Standard visibility, 30 days active
• Standard Package: LKR 4,500 - Priority placement, 120 days active
• Featured Package: LKR 5,000 - Premium visibility, 150 days active

All fees are non-refundable once an ad is published. Payment must be made in full before ads go live. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but changes will only apply to new listings.

AdoraLK is not involved in transactions between buyers and sellers and does not collect payment for items sold through the platform.

AdoraLK serves as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items advertised
• The truth or accuracy of listings
• The ability of sellers to complete transactions
• The ability of buyers to pay for items
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Any damages or losses resulting from transactions

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall AdoraLK be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Multiple user complaints
• Abusive behavior towards other users or staff
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by:

• Posting a notice on our website
• Sending an email to registered users
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of AdoraLK after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
